PEER MENTORS OF AUSTIN COALITION
Peer Mentors of Austin Coalition (PMAC) is a collaborative peer mentor initiative created by autistic persons, Greenleaf NCC, Autism Society of Texas, and Austin Community College's student-led organization ACCess Autism. PMAC provides individuals from the neurodivergent community opportunities to connect with others and build meaningful relationships in a safe, informal format. This is facilitated through mentors and mentees collaborating to practice personal and professional skills including networking, communication, self-advocacy, and lifelong learning through positive feedback and support.
